CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a $100 deposit for all bookings in clinic. This is redeemable on treatment or product on the day of your appointment. We ask that all patients are made familiar with our cancellation policy. We have a strict 24 hour cancellation policy in clinic at Luum Aesthetics. We understand that life can be unpredictable and some things are out of your control, please contact the clinic asap if you need to change your appointment. Cancellations made within the 24 hours before the appointment will forfeit their $100 deposit, and another deposit will be taken for rebooking. No show clients will incur a $150 fee.
